(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pcdg6l7FcqE) (video clip you can reduce its length)

Failure to achieve one’s objects is because of bad communication.
“Sorry, I did not realise that you wanted me to……..
“I would not have changed the arrangements but nobody told me that it was to be changed in this way”.

EXAMPLE 1:
VP of a company: Jenny! Did I not tell you to call for that urgent meeting?
Jenny? I sir! I called for the meeting tomorrow at 9am.
VP of the company: Oh God!! I wanted it immediately.
Jenny: Sorry sir! Bit you said ‘urgent’ not ‘immediate’ so I thought…..

Example 2:
A young chief power engineer wanted to attend a conference. He wrote to his boss:
“An international conference on power generation at Chennai….great interest to us….enclose brochure….cost only Rs. 13000…..permission for making necessary arrangements……
His boss wrote back: thanks you for the info….I will certainly attend…. Please make necessary arrangements for me”

The above examples show poor communication.
